Celebration cakes portions are very open there isn't a standard size portion it really depends on how much you want to give your guests, so to give accurate portions sizes is impossible we can only give a guidance.

Our smallest cake we do is an 6" and this will give roughly 9 decent portions (with our taller cakes about 15 portions as slices are tall and thin)

Our 8" cake this will give you roughly 16 decent portions (with our taller cakes about 30 portions as slices are tall and thin)

Our 10" cake this will give you roughly 25 decent portions (with our taller cakes about 35 portions as slices are tall and thin)

A two tier 6" and 8" roughly 45 to 50 portions
