A little Introduction to Cakes by Nina

A very warm welcome to our celebration page, thank you for taking the time to view our website, you are most welcome here.  We are extremely excited you are considering us to create a cake to wow your guest.

 

We are a long established small family run business, with Nina at the helm, who is our creative designer and owner, we started in 2012 with a passion for baking and creating beautiful, WOW factor cakes, both for celebrations and weddings.  We are extremely passionate about what we do and really want to create you something that brings joy and excitement to your event.

 

All our cakes are freshly baked to order, we do not freeze ANY cakes.

 

Its not just about cake we spend many hours creating your dream cake.

 

We only use top quality organic ingredients, real butters, real chocolate and high quality sugar paste no cheap substitutes.  We believe is ordering direct from the source for our ingredients, so we get our flours direct from the mill, our eggs direct from a happy free range farm and our diary products direct from several diaries.

 

We take our role very seriously, as we strive to create a striking centre piece cake, not only to look great but taste great and your guests will be talking about for years to come

 

Working exclusively on just a few commissions at a time, depending on detailing, we take extra care with all those little individual and intricate details to ensure your cake is truly unique.

 

Cakes by Nina never claims to copy an cake image exactly as we have our very own style of doing things, we will always do our interpretation of a design.

We pride ourselves on being able to provide a very bespoke service, as we have a very varied skill level, which includes gorgeous sugar flowers (you would think they were real). We can create handmade figurines, sculptured cakes to name but a few.

 

We can basically match any flower your florist is using in stunning sugar adding to the WOW factor, we believe sugar flowers are the best option for your cake as they will always look good, you dont have to worry if they are food safe and if pesticides have been used, they also make an excellent keep sake for years to come.

 

There is no limits to our imagination, let your cake be a real focal point for all to admire.  

 

No two cakes are exactly the same.

 

It is also a great opportunity to add a bit of your personality or fun to your day without it taking over.

We hold full liability insurance, are regularly inspected by the local council and consistently received a 5* rating and have passed our Food Hygiene Standards.

Our cakes are collection only unless otherwise arranged, this will incur an additional charge if we are available.

We are unique in that we do disclose all our prices on our images within our gallery, we have tried to create a very informative and useful website that answers alot of the initial questions you may have.
