Are your cakes baked fresh to order?

Absolutely. Every Cakes by Nina cake is baked fresh to order using carefully selected ingredients, including organic flour, organic sugar, real butter and free-range eggs. We never freeze our cakes, ensuring they taste just as wonderful as they look.

Do you make everything by hand?

Yes. From handcrafted sugar flowers and novelty figures to intricate decorative details, every cake is created with care and attention in our family bakery. We take great pride in producing bespoke cakes that are as unique as the celebrations they are made for.

Are you registered an insured?

Yes. Cakes by Nina is a fully registered cake business with a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating. We are fully insured and committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety and professionalism.

How many people will my cake serve?

The number of portions depends on the size and height of your cake. We will happily advise on the most suitable cake size based on the number of guests you are expecting, ensuring everyone gets to enjoy a slice.

Can you cater for allergies and dietary requirements?

We can offer a selection of cakes suitable for certain dietary requirements. However, all cakes are prepared in a kitchen where gluten, diary, eggs, nuts and other allergens are present, so we cannot guarantee any product to be completely free from cross-contamination. Please let us know about any allergies when making an enquiry, if it is life threatening I am sorry we are unable to help.

Do I collect my cake?

Yes, most celebration cakes are collected directly from our Camberley premises by appointment. We will provide collection details and advice on transporting your cake safely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Do you offer delivery?

Only on special exceptions do we offer delivery, this is due to other work commitments it isn't always feasible for us to fit this in, if we do arrange this for you there will be an additional charge.

Can you recreate and AI image or a cake you've seen online?

We are always happy to use inspiration photos as a starting point. Rather than producing an exact copy, we prefer to create a bespoke design inspired by your ideas while adding our own creativity and attention to detail. This ensures your cake is both personal and unique. Cakes by Nina never claims to replicate a cake.

How do I book a cake?

Simply get in touch via our contact form, email, WhatsApp with your celebration date, the number of servings you require and any ideas you have for the design. We will confirm our availability, and provide a personalised quotation for you.

How much does a celebration cake cost?

Every Cakes by Nina cake is individually designed and handcrafted, so prices vary depending on the size, level of detail and decoration. Our celebration cakes start from £95, with larger or more intricate bespoke designs priced accordingly. Once we know your requirements we will provide a personalised quotation with no obligation.

How much notice do I need to order a cake?

We always recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy periods such as spring and summer. While we may occasionally be able to accommodate last-minute order, availability can not be guaranteed. The more notice you can give us, the better chance we have of creating your perfect cake .
