Welcome to Cakes by Nina, a celebration cake business based in Camberley, Surrey UK. By placing an order with Cakes by Nina, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefull before booking.

About Cakes by Nina Celebrations Cakes

Cakes by Nina provides bespoke celebration cakes, cupcakes, and sweet treats for customers in Camberley and surrounding areas. All products are handmade to order.

Orders and Booking

A booking is only confirmed once we have received your non-refundable booking fee and our on-line order form, to which we use as our worksheet to avoid any errors.
Quotes are valid for 3 days unless otherwise stated, if we do not hear from you after 3 days we will presume you do not wish to place an order.
Final and full payment is due 3 days before collection.
Orders placed with less than 7 days notice may incur a rush fee

Payments and Booking Fees

Booking Fees are non-refundable and secure your date.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or via various payment methods here
No work will begin until the booking fee has been received.
Full and final payment can be done via bank transfer or via our online payment options here

Please note when using our online payment forms there is a small handling charge and this will be advised a quote stage so please use these figures to make payments.

Design Process

All cakes are handmade to order, and slight variations may occur.
Images provided by customers are used for inspiration only, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.
Cakes by Nina Celebrations reserves the right to make minor design adjustments where necssary.

Allergies and Dietary Informations

All cakes are made in a kitchent thats sometimes handles nuts, if your allergy is life threatening we can not take on your order.
While every effort is made to avoid cross contamination, Cakes by Nina cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
It is the customer's responsibility to inform all consumers of allergen risk
We do supply an cake instruction sticker which contains the possible allergens on every cake that goes out the door.

Collection and Transport

Collection times must be agreed in advance, and must be adhered to unless otherwise arranged.
Once collected, the cakes becomes the customers fully responsibility.
Cakes should be transported flat, ideall in a cool vehicle and the boot of your car, and stored and look after according to the sticker on the box.

Storage and Shelf Life

Cakes by Nina Celebrations - retains the right to photograph all cakes and use images for marketing, social media and portfoilio purposes.
We do not share customers names or details on any posts.

Cancellation and Refunds

Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If the customer cancels within 7 days of the event the full balance remains payable.
If Cakes by Nina Celebrations cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (ie illness) a full refund will be issued.

Non-Edible Decorations

Some cakes may include non-edible items (eg dowels, supports, wires) you will be advised on collection.
Customer must remove all non-edible items before serving.

Service Area

Cakes by Nina serves Camberley, and nearby towns across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire, delivery maby be available upon request and is subjest to an additional fee.

Liability

Cakes by Nina Celebrations is not liable for any damage once the cake has been collected or delivered.
Liability is limited to the cost of the cake ingredients only.
