You can place your order here, if you don't wish to by via card or paypal please ask for our direct bank details. When you use our payment forms there is an small handling charge of which will be noted on your quote and that is the figure you must use to make payment, non payment of this means we would have to invoice you for it, unfortunately we are unable to absorb this, thank you.

Please note when you click Submit you will receive a confirmation note at the bottom of this form, we will then send you a follow up confirmation email.

CBN never claims to copy a design as we all have our different styles of doing things, your design will be very similar to the one ordered, also some images contain copyrights.

If CBN recieves late final payment CBN reserves the right to cancel an order, we require final payment at least three days before collection.

CBN no longer accepts payment on day of collection unless otherwise authorised, this is due 3 days before collection.

CBN will not let any cake leave the premises without prior payment.

Your booking/deposit is non refundable, unless agreed by CBN, this is due to the fact we do not sit on booking fees we use this to order things in to complete your cake and you have now taken a place up in our diary so it is classed as loss of earnings.

When collecting your cake your boot of your car is the safest place to drive with your cake, not someones lap, or bucket seats. We will supply a small piece of non slip mat to put in your boot which stops it moving around. You still need to drive carefully.

If you have ordered more than one tier of cake, there will be dowels and supports inside to stop it collapsing.

Please note cakes are very fragile and should be treated as such.

If you have ordered a buttercream or ganache finished cake please store in fridge and get out to get to room temperature at least an hour before event to enjoy it at its best, otherwise the sponge will seem heavy as its too cold. You might get condensation on your cake due to changes in temperature this will pass, if in warmer weather you are concerned about it, a fan placed directly infront of the cake will quickly remove this.

Sugarpaste covered cakes do not need to be in the fridge they just need to be in a nice cool place away from heat sources and strong sunlight.

NOT all decorations are edible so please be careful, due to either wire or cocktails sticks used for support inside.

Once the cake has left CBN premises it is no longer the responsibility of CBN.

If an decoration should accidentally break or fall off melted chocolate is a great glue.

Please ensure you arrive as close to your collection time as possible, we do not stay in all day waiting on people to turn up as we usually have to go out to set up weddings, we do not do Sunday collections unless otherwise arranged.

On collection day and you are happy with the cake and then take the cake away and then decide it isnt what you want CBN holds no responsibility for this as you have accepted the cake and it has left our premises.

CBN will take photographic evidence of the cake before icing and the final product.

If we are available we can do deliveries but that would be an additional charge.
