Please note that once meringues are out in the air they start to soften and become sticky this is completely out of our control this is just the nature of meringues, they are still completely edible but wont have that crunch.  This can also happen to macarons too.

We are aware you can buy cheaper cakes elsewhere but our cakes reflect the quality ingredients used to produce your cake and time taken, we never use cheap supermarket substitutes or margarine in any of our cakes, and our free range eggs are delivered direct weekly from a very happy hen farm and they alone cost us £0.52p each our organic flours are also delivered direct from the mill,  and our organic butter is delivered direct from the dairy farm, you can really taste the difference.
