Please note that in warm, humid, wet weather it causes high humidity in the air, also difference in air temperature from fridge to room temperature can cause humidity build up, which unfortunately is completely out of our control and meringues and macarons can loose their crunch and go a bit soft and sticky, they are still completely edible and fresh but as said there is nothing that can be done about it to fix it.

We are aware you can buy cheaper cakes elsewhere but our cakes reflect the quality ingredients used to produce your cake and time taken, we never use cheap supermarket substitutes or margarine in any of our cakes, and our free range eggs are delivered direct weekly from a very happy hen farm and they alone cost us £0.46p each, are organic flours are also deliver direct from the mill, you can really taste the difference.
